   Hi everyone, don't know if you are anything like me but when I look at the discussion boards I get very put off if there has been nothing said.

Someone has to start so here goes 

I do get support from family and friends, it took them quite sometime to get used to the whole 'I can't do that' thing - I was always the one to call for D.I.Y. projects.

I started to feel the effects of PPS about 10 years ago, but probably like most of your 'just got on with it'.  It was only after a severe case of aneamia that I finally had to give in, just no energy left - literally.  I think it has been harder for me to accept the fact that I have to slow down and do less than it has been for everyone around me.

Hope this starts others off :)
